يجب على وكالات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة سيما اليونسكو والمجتمع الدولي اتخاذ تدابير ضد هذه المبادرة التي تنتهك القانون الدولي وتشكل اعتداءً على القيم الإنسانية.
