ندين بشدة المجزرة التي ارتُكبت بحق المدنيين الأبرياء في 26 فبراير/شباط 1992 في بلدة خوجالي، الواقعة في إقليم كاراباغ بأذربيجان.

لا تزال الفظائع التي ارتكبت في خوجالي وصمة عار على ضمير الإنسانية.

سنحمل في قلوبنا دائماً ألم إخواننا الـ 613 الذين قُتلوا، والذين جُرحوا، والذين أُسروا، وجميع إخواننا الأذربيجانيين الذين فُقدوا.

نسأل الله العلي القدير إن يتغمد إخواننا الذين فقدوا أرواحهم في مجزرة خوجالي بواسع رحمته، ونتقدم بخالص التعازي إلى شعب أذربيجان.
